Meet the founder

Hi, I’m Vincent Ventalon, a software engineer and the sole founder of siteOS.

I built siteOS because keeping a website healthy is harder than it should be. Sitemaps drift out of date, internal links break after every refactor, Google quietly drops pages from the index, and you usually find out from a customer email instead of a dashboard. Existing tools were either built for huge SEO agencies, locked behind enterprise pricing, or only crawled once a month.

So I built the tool I wished existed: a focused dashboard that runs a real crawler over your site on demand, pulls live data from Google Search Console, grades the result with a 0–100 Health Score, and tells you what to fix first.

Why I built siteOS

Most “site audit” tools either run a one-off scan and forget about it, or pile on so many features that the report is unreadable. The day-to-day question is much smaller: is anything broken right now, and is Google still happy with my site?

siteOS answers exactly that. The crawler walks your sitemap and follows internal links, surfacing 4xx/5xx pages, redirect chains, and orphaned URLs. The Google Search Console integration adds the data you can’t get yourself: clicks, impressions, CTR, average position, and indexing state across up to 16 months.

What drives siteOS

• Signal over noise. Findings are graded critical / error / warning / info so the important stuff is unmistakable.
• Real crawls, not estimates. Every run hits your site with the siteOS-Crawler user agent and respects robots.txt. No simulated data.
• Owner-first pricing. Multi-tenant by design, so a single subscription covers every site you own.
• Privacy by default. Google OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-GCM 256, and we only request the minimum scopes Search Console needs.

siteOS isn’t backed by venture capital. It’s an independently built product, shaped by feedback from people who actually run websites. Every feature exists because someone needed it, and I read every support email personally.
